Privacy policy
This notice explains in plain language what personal data ABT Security collects through this website, why, for how long, and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
The controller of the data submitted through this website is ABT Security, located at Kotsou 1, Chalkida, Greece. For any matter concerning your personal data you can contact us at aabtsecurity@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect what you give us through the contact form or by email:
- full name and email address (required),
- phone number, company/organisation name, area and date (optional),
- the service you are interested in and the content of your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your details solely to respond to your request, to prepare a proposal/quote and, if the collaboration proceeds, for the necessary pre-contractual and contractual steps.

We do not use your details for advertising, we do not sell them and we do not create profiles.
4. Who has access
Only authorised ABT Security personnel have access to requests. To operate the website we use the following providers, who act on our behalf:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwards form messages to our email,
- Google (Gmail): the email service where we receive messages,
- Cloudflare: website hosting and protection against malicious traffic.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of the above providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA). In such cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, as applied by each provider.
6. How long we keep it
We keep the details of your request for as long as needed to handle it. If no collaboration follows, messages are deleted within 12 months at the latest. If a contract is concluded, the data is kept for the duration of the collaboration and for as long as the law requires.
7. Security
The website operates exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and applies modern browser security policies. Access to the company email is protected and restricted to authorised persons.
8. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Greek Law 4624/2019, you have the right to:
- access your data and have it corrected,
- have it erased or restrict its processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- data portability.
To exercise your rights, email us at aabtsecurity@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Ave, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
9. Cookies
This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and all files are hosted locally, with nothing loaded from third parties. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical means for network security and proper operation.

We may update this notice when our services or the law change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
